Crazy Bastard Sauce was created from a passion for chilis. As life-long chilli fans we wanted a sauce that isn't just hot, but has the real characteristic flavour and heat of the chillies at it's core.
Every chilli fan has a favourite pepper type, from Habanero to Ghost Pepper and up to the dreaded Carolina Reaper, and each pepper has a different flavour, heat and identity. The seven Crazy Bastard Sauces each use a different type of chilli, which is paired with ingredients that are specially selected to compliment the flavour of that chilli.
The peppers are oven roasted to help bring out their flavour and sweetness, and only the highest quality natural ingredients are added. No sugar is used, and the only preservative is a very fine Italian vinegar.
Our sauces have been impressing chili fans since 2013, and have won many awards internationally, including top prizes at the World Hot Sauce Awards (Louisiana, USA), The New York Hot Sauce Expo, and Great Taste Awards (UK).
Now with a small team of chilli lovers, Crazy Bastard Sauce continues to hand make top quality hot sauces in Berlin Neukölln.
